San Michele's farmhouse accommodation is run personally by members of the Scamacca del Murgo family.
Guests stay on a bed and breakfast basis, while lunches or dinners can also be arranged in the estate's own restaurant or in well-known local venues.
Traditional Etna and Mediterranean cuisine is always the inspiration far all meals and most of the produce used is grown on the estate or on another of its properties.
